Andrew Mallinson is Chief Executive Officer of Multicraft International and has been in an ownership position since 1991. Mr. Mallinson is responsible for the company’s strategic vision, its people and Multicraft’s global automotive electrical and HVAC tube fabrication businesses.

Mr. Mallinson has more than 25 years of Multicraft leadership experience. Throughout his tenure, Mr. Mallinson has also played a key role in developing and evolving the Multicraft Business System.

Mr. Mallinson began his Multicraft career in 1987 as a financial executive of Magna International following the Canadian company’s acquisition and later transitioned into a manufacturing role.

Prior to joining Multicraft, Mr. Mallinson worked as a management consultant at Ernst & Young in Toronto, where he worked with a large number of manufacturing and financial businesses, including Magna International from 1985 to 1987.

Mr. Mallinson is English, Canadian and American and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Economics from Loughborough University, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and also a Canadian Certified Public Accountant. He and his wife, Barbara, live in Jackson, Mississippi and have two children.

Mr. Mallinson is a Board member of the Mississippi Manufacturers Association, St. Andrews Episcopal School and a member of the World Presidents Association, Society of International Business Fellows and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Walker Companies.

Paul Jones is the President of Multicraft Ventures.

Mr. Jones began his career with Multicraft as a Research and Development Engineer in 1996.  Since that time, he has been involved in all aspects of the highly competitive automotive components manufacturing business developing expertise in Operational and Engineering Management.

Mr. Jones earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Mississippi State University in Electrical Engineering, is a recipient of the 2008 Mississippi Business Journal Top 40 Under 40 award, and is currently participating in the MEC Mississippi Leadership Class of 2015.  He and his wife, Stephanie, live in Madison, Mississippi and have three children.

Mr. Jones serves on the Madison County Business League & Foundation Government Relations Committee and Board member with the Mississippi Leadership Forum.

Tommy Nichols is the Program Manager for Multicraft Ventures and has been part of the Multicraft family for 3 years.  Mr. Nichols is responsible for program management, product development, engineering design and engineering fabrication.

Mr. Nichols started his career in 2001 as an Engineering Technician Manager with  Diversified Technology, Inc, a Ridgeland MS, designer and manufacturer of embedded computer systems.  From there he served various management roles through his career, including Technical Services Manager, Customer Service Manager, and Engineering Support Manager.  During his career he has focused on program management, lean engineering/manufacturing and data analysis shop-floor control development.

Mr. Nichols earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering Technology with a Minor in Computer Engineering Technology from The University of Southern Mississippi in 2001.  He and his wife, Jessica, live in Brandon, Mississippi and have three children.

Mr. Nichols serves on the Industrial Advisory Board for The University of Southern Mississippi.

Derek Holeman is the Financial Controller of Multicraft International. Derek is responsible for all financial reporting, treasury functions, and reporting production ratios and budgets to management.
Mr. Holeman is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 15 years in various roles from Accounting, Employee Benefit Plans and Financial Management. Derek has both his MBA and BSBA from Mississippi College and is an active member with the MS Society of CPAs. He is a member of Crossgates Baptist Church in Brandon, MS.
He and his wife, Jessica, live in Brandon, Mississippi and have two children that love sports.
